Le Roux is a restaurant, wine bar and wine shop in Bromont, known for its creative market-driven cuisine, privately imported wines and attentive service. Its warm, lively atmosphere includes DJ nights from Thrusday to Saturday and a large terrace overlooking the mountain. Le Roux is ideal for date nights, special occasions, evenings with friends and group dinners. A private dining room for eight guests is also available by reservation. Open for dinner, from 4pm.
The establishment's cuisine puts local producers and artisans in the foreground, under chef Janko Zgela, all in an effort to harmonize well with the wines. With its own gardens, Le Roux uses them during the summer season to provide vegetables and fresh herbs to its customers.
Le Roux is the love story of Jean-Benoit Hinse and Michel Bérubé for good wine, pleasure and the Eastern Townships region. Building on Jean-Benoit's experience in sommelier and then in catering as well as Michel's prolific career in management, the duo chose to join forces to humbly serve food and drink in an enchanting setting and a festive atmosphere.
